SWBA Volunteer of the Year Award

SWBA is powered by its volunteers, and each year we celebrate a volunteer who is making a real difference in the success of our organization. The award will recognize an outstanding volunteer whose unselfish and dedicated service to the SWBA has made a significant difference and mirrors the commitment to success in our professional ranks.

Who is eligible to apply?

The SWBA Volunteer of the Year must be a member in good standing with active involvement with a committee, event, or other service to SWBA. The nominee should have made a significant contribution of volunteer time and service to SWBA and not have previously received an SWBA recognition award. Nominations/self-nominations are accepted via our application.

How Are Winners Chosen?

An Awards Subcommittee organized by the Membership Committee will recommend finalists to the Governance Committee of the Board of Directors for selection. One winner will be selected annually, and the award will be presented at the SWBA Annual Meeting.
